Craig Richmond. Senior Vice President and CFO of The MetroHealth System (Cleveland). Mr. Richmond took on his current roles at MetroHealth in January 2014. He is responsible for leadership and strategic direction of financial operations across the health system. Mr. Richmond is currently leading a $10 million implementation of Epic System’s revenue cycle suite, which is meant to spur enhanced performance accuracy and improved patient satisfaction.
