Robin Norman
Senior Vice President and CFO of Virginia Hospital Center (Arlington).
Ms. Norman has been with the standalone Virginia Hospital Center since 1979. As CFO, she is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, internal audits, third-party reimbursement, managed care, capital funding, financial planning and more. During her time as CFO, she has improved margins from -4.2 percent to 7.2 percent and grown market share from 26 percent to 33.5 percent. She is a certified public accountant and earned her MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg.
