Robert DeMichiei
Executive Vice President and CFO of UPMC (Pittsburgh)
Mr. DeMichiei has served as senior vice president and CFO of UPMC, a health system with more than 20 hospitals, since May 2004. Before joining UPMC, Mr. DeMichiei held various executive finance roles with GE, including CFO for GE Transportation Systems’ Global Service Operations. Mr. DeMichiei was in the news in February discussing UPMC’s financials for the second half of 2014. UPMC reported an operating income of $177 million for the six-month period that ended Dec. 31, 2014, compared to $112 million for the same period of 2013.
