 Steve Short. Executive Vice President and CFO of Tampa (Fla.)  General Hospital 

Mr. Short joined Tampa General Hospital, the primary teaching hospital for the University of South Florida College of Medicine, in July 2000 as CFO. This is not his first role as an administrator at a teaching hospital: Mr. Short served as vice president of operations and CFO of the University of Louisville (Ky.) Hospital for five years before joining Tampa General. Mr. Short earned an MBA from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University
