Mr. Szubski joined University Hospitals’ financial team in 2003 and helped redirect the system’s finances in the right direction after years of struggle. He previously served as executive vice president and CFO of EMH Regional Healthcare System in Elyria, Ohio, which merged with University Hospitals earlier this year. Before then, Mr. Szubski was vice president of operations at UnitedHealthcare of Ohio.
