Mr. Swindle, who joined CHI in May 2010, is responsible for the system’s strategy and enterprise business lines, such as payer strategy, clinical engineering, virtual health services and revenue cycle. He previously held executive positions with Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health System over an-11 year span, including executive vice president and CFO. Mr. Swindle also served as CEO of Concord Medical Center and as vice president of financial services at General Health System, both in Baton Rouge, La.
