Leif Murphy. Executive Vice President and CFO of LifePoint Hospitals (Brentwood, Tenn.)
Mr. Murphy joined LifePoint Hospitals in 2011 as executive vice president and chief development officer, a role he filled for about two years before becoming CFO of the for-profit hospital in 2013. He provides corporate and healthcare finance leadership and oversees strategic growth and development efforts. He is also is responsible for activities related to physician practice management and medical staff development. Under his leadership, LifePoint’s revenues for the first six months of 2014 were up 12.5 percent from the same period in 2013.
