Jay Sial, Senior Vice President and CFO of Loyola University
Health System (Maywood, Ill.).
Mr. Sial, who has more than 25 years of healthcare financial management experience, became CFO of LUHS in April 2012. He joined the Chicagoland system from Lexington, Ky., where he served as CFO of the University of Kentucky Healthcare Hospitals. While there, Mr. Sial implemented a new scorecard model to measure operating performance and helped plan the opening of a new academic medical center facility. Prior to that position, he served as vice president of finance at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia, and he has experience in the health insurance industry as well. Mr. Sial earned his MBA from Virginia
Tech in Blacksburg. He has been a guest lecturer at universities, as well.
