Mr. Ellington was named to his current position in 2010. Previously, he served as vice president for fiscal affairs and CFO of Appalachian Regional Healthcare, a system with hospitals in Kentucky and West Virginia. Mr. Ellington also previously worked at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Ky., where he held senior finance roles.
