San Antonio Orthopaedic Group. Established in 1947, this orthopedic practice boasts being the largest in San Antonio. The San Antonio Business Journal named San Antonio Orthopaedic Group one of San Antonio’s “Best Places to Work” from 2012 to 2015. The practice has a community volunteer organization that participates in employee-nominated local charities. Employees can earn the right to wear jeans on Fridays by donating to the practice’s charity of the month. Through its Danette Honesto Employee Scholarship Award, the practice offers five $1,000 annual scholarships to children and grandchildren of active or retired employees.
