Boca Raton (Fla.) Regional Hospital. Boca Raton Regional Hospital is a nonprofit, advanced tertiary medical center with 400 beds, more than 2,100 employees and over 800 primary and specialty physicians on staff. For the past six consecutive years, Boca Raton Regional Hospital was designated a Fit-Friendly Worksite by the American Heart Association. The hospital offers a variety of employee wellness programs, such as its Healthy Habits Mission, which helps employees cultivate health-conscious behaviors, as well as an on-site health clinic that offers a full range of health assessment, coaching and disease management services at no cost. The hospital’s voluntary turnover rate for fiscal year 2016 was 11 percent, lower than the national average of 17.1 percent in 2015.
