Meet the organization: MissionPoint is the ACO launched by nonprofit, Nashville-based Saint Thomas Health in January 2012. Since its founding, the network has grown to partner with more than 1,700 participating physicians. It has 90 employees, including roughly 30 “health partners” who are nurses, health coaches and social workers who are in the field with patients.
