Robert Montagnese. President and CEO of Licking Memorial Health Systems (Newark, Ohio). Mr. Montagnese, who has lived in Licking County since the age of six, began working at Licking Memorial Health Systems 28 years ago as a file clerk. Ten years ago, he took the helm as president and CEO and has since led Licking Memorial to exceed its net income goals by approximately 25 percent in 2015. In addition, Mr. Montagnese has served on several boards, including that of the Licking County Salvation Army.
