Randy Oostra. President and CEO of ProMedica (Toledo, Ohio). As president and CEO of ProMedica, Mr. Oostra oversees more than 300 sites, including 12 hospitals. Before taking on his current position in 2009, he held various other roles at ProMedica, including president and COO, regional president and corporate vice president of strategic business development. Mr. Oostra, who began a three-year term on the American Hospital Association’s board of trustees in January, holds a doctoral degree in management from Cleveland-based Case Western Reserve University, as well as a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a master’s degree in management.
