Paul Rothman, MD. CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine (Baltimore). In addition to his role as CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine, Dr. Rothman serves as the Frances Watt Baker, MD, and Lenox D. Baker Jr., MD, dean of the medical faculty and vice president for medicine of The Johns Hopkins University. In his roles, he oversees the medical school and the Johns Hopkins Health System, which comprises six hospitals, hundreds of community physicians and a self-funded health plan. Dr. Rothman is the 14th dean of The Johns Hopkins University medical school and only the second CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Paul Ramsey, MD. CEO of UW Medicine (Seattle). Dr. Ramsey heads UW Medicine, which includes the UW School of Medicine, four hospitals, a network of primary care clinics, a large physician practice plan and a fixed wing and helicopter air ambulance service. In addition to his role as CEO, he is executive vice president for medical affairs and dean of the school of medicine at the University of Washington. He has served as the senior executive leader of UW Medicine for nearly 20 years.
