Michael Young. President and CEO of PinnacleHealth System (Harrisburg, Pa.). Mr. Young has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. Since 2011, he has headed PinnacleHealth System, which saw income from operations grow more than $36 million in his first year of leadership. Before joining PinnacleHealth System, he led the turnaround of the Grady Health System and Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
