Eugene Woods. President and CEO of Carolinas HealthCare System (Charlotte, N.C.). Mr. Woods is new to his role, serving since April 2016. Prior to joining Carolinas HealthCare System, he was president and COO of Christus Health in Irving, Texas. Mr. Woods was recently elected the next chairman of the American Hospital Association and will take on the role next year.
