Cynthia Moore-Hardy. President and CEO of Lake Health (Painesville, Ohio). Ms. Moore-Hardy joined Lake Health in 1988 and was named president and CEO in 1997. For 2016, she was named board chair for the Ohio Hospital Association, which represents 220 hospitals and 13 health systems across the state. Ms. Moore-Hardy is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American Hospital Association.
