Pam Delagardelle. President and CEO of UnityPoint Health-Waterloo (Iowa). Ms. Delagardelle spent 10 years as president and CEO of Grundy County Memorial Hospital in Grundy Center, Iowa, before joining UnityPoint Health. As president and CEO of UnityPoint Health-Waterloo, Ms. Delagardelle oversees the 204-bed Allen Hospital, a nonprofit community hospital that achieved the Mission: Lifeline Bronze Receiving Quality Achievement Award from the American Heart Association in June. Ms. Delagardelle began her career as a member of the hospital frontline staff and worked her way through management positions, giving her a unique perspective and ability to connect with her team members as a leader to improve healthcare in her community.
