Michele Finney. Desert Market CEO for Tenet Healthcare (Dallas) and CEO of Desert Regional Medical Center (Palm Springs, Calif.). Prior to becoming desert market CEO for Tenet in 2017, Ms. Finney led the development of Tenet’s six-hospital Abrazo Community Health Network, which consists of nearly 5,000 employees and 2,100 affiliated physicians in the Phoenix metro area. As head of Tenet’s desert market division, she oversees several healthcare locations in the region. Ms. Finney is also responsible for Tenet’s corporate sponsorship of Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley, a nonprofit providing mentorship and college scholarships for high school juniors and seniors in Coachella Valley.
