LaVone Arthur. Chief Strategy Officer of Baylor Scott & White (Dallas). Ms. Arthur has spent more than 30 years at Baylor Scott & White, which has grown into a 48-hospital health system that includes 29 AWSCs and 153 satellite outpatient facilities. Before becoming chief strategy officer for the organization in November 2017, she served as chief integration officer, where she utilized her management engineering and finance skills to shape the Baylor Scott & White’s integrated strategy and partner relationships. During this time, Ms. Arthur oversaw integration activities of the merger between Baylor Health Care System and Scott & White Healthcare in 2013.
