Jean Anthony, RN. President and CEO of Hills and Dales General Hospital (Cass City, Mich.). Ms. Anthony has spent 40-plus years at Hills and Dales General Hospital, serving as COO for 14 years before transitioning to president and CEO in 2014. She began her career at the hospital as a licensed practical nurse before becoming an RN and receiving her bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s in organizational management. As president and CEO, Ms. Anthony oversees operations at the 25-bed critical access hospital that is currently undergoing a $6 million expansion.
