Gaye Jolly. President and Chief Administrative Officer of LeConte Medical Center (Sevierville, Tenn.). Ms. Jolly is respected for her ability to lead change and facilitate process improvements. She was appointed CAO at Roane Medical Center in 2012 as the hospital prepared to move from an older facility to a newly constructed 54-bed hospital. The move included conversion of hospital IT systems and implementation of Covenant Health’s computerized physician order entry system. Before her current role, Ms. Jolly served as Covenant Health’s vice president for corporate materials management, overseeing centralized purchasing, contracting and database management.
