Charlotte Ipsan, RNC, MSN. Chief Administrative Officer of Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital (Louisville, Ky.). Throughout her more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Ipsan has held a number of executive leadership roles at various health facilities nationwide. In 2009, she was named vice president of Louisville, Ky.-based Norton Children’s Medical Center, the first pediatric outpatient center of its kind in the state. Ms. Ipsan assumed the role of chief administrative officer of Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital in May 2012. In addition, she holds several roles at the University of Louisville Graduate School of Nursing, including course director of the neonatal nurse practitioner tract.
