Adrienne Boissy, MD. Chief Experience Officer of Cleveland ClinicDr. Boissy is chief experience officer of Cleveland Clinic Health System and a staff neurologist at the Cleveland Clinic Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis. In addition to her administrative duties, Dr. Boissy chairs the Patient Experience Empathy and Innovation Summit, the largest independent summit on patient experience in the world. She guided the development of patient advisory councils across Cleveland Clinic Health System and currently serves as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Patient Experience. In an effort to build upon her expertise in patient experience, Dr. Boissy delivered a 2015 TEDx talk focused on the importance of empathy and communication in clinical practice.
