Kathryn Gillette. Market President and CEO of Bayfront Health St. Petersburg (Fla.). Ms. Gillette brings a background in finance and operations to her current role, where in just over two years she has led the formation of a six hospital network, the Bayfront Health Network and spearheaded a $50 million technology and surgery system upgrade. Prior to Bayfront Health, Ms. Gillette served as CEO of Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee, Fla., which saw major construction projects; the development of an accredited medical and surgical residency program; and the planning of a Level II trauma center under her leadership. Ms. Gillette has a master’s of healthcare administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
