Shirley Gabriel. Vice President of Information Systems and CIO of University Health Care System (Augusta, Ga.). Ms. Gabriel began her tenure as vice president of information systems and CIO of University Health Care System in 2015. Previously, she was the vice president and CIO of Tucson-based University of Arizona Health Network, where she assisted with a $100 million Epic EHR implementation. Ms. Gabriel has also served as administrative director of information technology and services at Akron, Ohio-based Summa Health System.
