Rick Schooler. Vice President and CIO of Orlando (Fla.) Health. Since 2001, Mr. Schooler has been vice president and CIO of Orlando Health. He was previously vice president and CIO of Macon-based Central Georgia Health System, now known as Navicent Health. He is a CHIME certified CIO and has won several awards during his career, including the CHIME-HIMSS John E. Gall Jr. CIO of the Year Award, which he won in 2011.
