Richard (Dick) Daniels. Executive Vice President and CIO of Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, Calif.). Mr. Daniels, who was appointed executive vice president and CIO in 2015, first joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008 as information technology senior vice president and business information officer. His has more than 30 years of IT leadership experience including time as senior vice president and divisional CIO of Capital One and senior vice president of JP Morgan Chase.
