Mark Jacobs. CIO of Delaware Health Information Network (Dover). Mr. Jacobs is the inaugural CIO of the Delaware Health Information Network, a statewide health information exchange. He previously was director of technology of York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health System, director of technology of Lancaster (Pa.) Health Alliance and director of information technology for Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based Wyoming Valley Healthcare System. He has a master’s in health administration from Wilkes-Barre-based Wilkes University.
