Jim Veline. Senior Vice President and CIO of Avera Health (Sioux Falls, S.D.). Mr. Veline oversees the IT services for the health system, which includes 900 employed physicians serving more than 300 locations. He has been on Hospitals & Health Networks’ Most Wired editorial board for eight years and on the Verizon Wireless Advisory Board for four years. He led the development of Avera’s telemedicine program, Avera eCare.
