David Weiss. Senior Vice President and CIO of BJC HealthCare (St. Louis). In addition to his role as CIO of the health system, Mr. Weiss is the chairman of the Telecommunication Facilities Corp., a joint venture between BJC and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He is the treasurer of Missouri Health Connection, a statewide health information exchange organization. He is also a past chairman of the Healthcare Information Systems Executives Association.
