Carlos Escobar. Vice President and CIO of Adventist Health System, Central Florida Region (Greater Orlando). Mr. Escobar was appointed vice president and CIO of Adventist Health System, Central Florida Region in April 2016. He previously held various positions at Orlando-based Florida Hospital, including vice president of business systems and IT shared services and assistant vice president of information systems. Mr. Escobar, who earned an MBA from DeLand, Fla.-based Stetson University, is a CHIME certified healthcare CIO.
