Bert Robles. Executive Vice President and CIO of Guthrie (Sayre, Pa.). Guthrie named Mr. Robles executive vice president and CIO in June 2015. His previous roles include senior vice president and corporate CIO of NYC Health + Hospitals and CIO of the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, both based in New York City.
