Warren Browner, MD. CEO of Sutter Health’s California Pacific Medical Center (San Francisco). Dr. Browner, a board-certified internist, joined California Pacific Medical Center in 2000 after spending 15 years as a full-time faculty member at University of California, San Francisco. He also serves as chief of general internal medicine at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and sits on the editorial board for the Journal of General Internal Medicine. Dr. Browner maintains his role as a senior scientist at the CPMC Research Institute and professor of medicine at Hanover, N.H.-based Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. Throughout his career, Dr. Browner has contributed to advancing medical care as a board member of federal panels for the National Institutes of Health, Department of Veterans Affairs and FDA.
