Tony Tedeschi, MD. CEO of Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Tedeschi was named CEO of Detroit Medical Center in January, responsible for the health system’s eight hospitals and institutes. Prior to joining DMC, Dr. Tedeschi served as CEO of Chicago-based Weiss Memorial Hospital, a 263-bed institution. He also has experience as Chicago Market CMO of Vanguard Health System — now Tenet Healthcare — and COO of Chicago-based Cook County Health and Hospitals System. A family practice physician by training, Dr. Tedeschi maintains clinical instructorship at Chicago-based Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
