West Florida ACO (Trinity, Fla.). West Florida ACO joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012 and generated $9.8 million in shared savings for performance year 2015. The ACO distributed 70 percent of the savings to participating providers. The Track 3 ACO has 63 participants serving beneficiaries across Tampa Bay, Fla.
