Palm Beach ACO (Palm Springs, Fla.). Palm Beach ACO, a Medicare Shared Savings Program participant, is wholly owned and operated by physicians. The ACO includes 240 primary care and 160 specialist physician members serving more than 51,000 Medicare beneficiaries. In the 2015 performance year, Palm Beach ACO reported $36.8 million in shared savings and distributed 75 percent to ACO participants.
