Oakwood ACO is a partnership between physicians and Royal Oak, Mich.-based Beaumont Health, which includes more than 1,000 physician members and offers 18-plus health plans. The ACO participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program and earned $7 million in shared savings for the 2015 performance year.
