Northwell Health ACO (Manhasset, N.Y.). North Shore-LIJ MSSP ACO, known as Northwell Health ACO, was selected to participate in the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2016. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health employed physicians, independent physicians and a Medicare fee-for-service beneficiary all govern the ACO.
