Franciscan ACO (Mishawaka, Ind.). Franciscan Health’s Franciscan ACO, formerly Franciscan Alliance ACO, was the only ACO in Indiana to participate in Medicare’s Pioneer ACO program in 2011. Franciscan left the program after three years and joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2015.
