In 2016, DeKalb PHO teamed up with UnitedHealthcare to create an accountable care program for more than 250,000 people with employer-sponsored UnitedHealthcare plans. DeKalb PHO also holds an ACO contract with Humana and participates in a collaborative care initiative with Cigna.
