Dartmouth-Hitchcock (Lebanon, N.H.). Dartmouth-Hitchcock joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012 and transitioned to the Next Generation ACO Model in 2016. In its first year of the MSSP, the ACO covered around 17,000 patients and received $1 million in savings. All of the savings generated in the 2017 performance year will be invested in achieving population health optimization.
