Bellin Health Partners (Green Bay, Wis.). Bellin Health Partners is a clinically integrated network of 86 independent physicians, 220-bed Bellin Health, Bellin Psychiatric Center, 147-member Bellin Medical and Specialty Group and Bellin Oconto (Wis.) Hospital & Medical Center. Bellin Health partnered with Appleton, Wis.-based ThedaCare to develop a Pioneer ACO and spent three years in the program, which earned the highest overall quality score of all Pioneer ACOs in 2014 and reported $2.19 million in shared savings. In 2015, Bellin and ThedaCare split and now operate separate Next Generation ACOs.
