Aurora Accountable Care Organization (Milwaukee). Aurora ACO joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012 and joined Track 3 in 2017. The ACO serves nearly 7,500 beneficiaries. In the 2015 performance year, Aurora ACO earned a quality score of 95.31 percent and reported nearly $2.6 million in shared savings.
