Accountable Care Coalition of Texas (Houston). Accountable Care Coalition of Texas is a Track 1 Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO. Founded in 2012, the ACO reported $4.5 million in earned savings for the 2015 performance year and ACO participants split 26 percent of the savings. Robert DeWitt, MD, is chair of the ACO’s governing body as well as medical director and quality assurance and improvement officer.
