Tom Andriola. Vice President and CIO of University of California Health (Oakland). Mr. Andriola joined University of California Health in 2013 as vice president and systems CIO, responsible for working with campus and healthcare leaders to explore technology and innovation. Throughout his 25-plus year career in global business and technology leadership, Mr. Andriola has championed organizational change and served as an innovation leader in the marketplace. In addition to his role with the university, Mr. Andriola is the managing chair for the California Telehealth Network, a nonprofit focused on California’s underserved population and safety-net clinics, as well as chair of the advisory board for the Pacific Research Platform, a 20-university consortium.
