Thomas McGill, MD. Vice President of Quality and Safety and CIO of Butler (Pa.) Health System. An internal medicine and infectious disease physician by training, Dr. McGill joined Butler Health System’s medical staff in 1993 and rose through the ranks to his current role as chief quality and safety officer as well as CIO. He led the health system’s efforts to implement data analytics that improve patient care delivery and outcomes.
