Sean C. Tuley. Senior Vice President and CIO of LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.). Mr. Tuley has more than 20 years of experience in business and organizational leadership to draw on as senior vice president and CIO of LifePoint Health. Since he joined LifePoint in 2010, the health system has grown to include 71 hospital campuses and physician practices, outpatient centers and post-acute facilities. In his current role, Mr. Tuley is responsible for the health system’s IT strategies, and his technology adoption programs have helped a majority of LifePoint hospitals reach HIMSS EMR Adoption Model Stage 6. Mr. Tuley also designed and executed the health system’s first long-term strategic plan for IT, which achieved meaningful use compliance. In addition to his leadership at LifePoint, Mr. Tuley serves as a member of the board of directors for the Tennessee HIMSS chapter as well as the advisory board for the Heritage Healthcare Innovation Fund and Federation of American Hospitals HIT Task Force.
