Joey Sudomir. Senior Vice President of Innovative Technology Solutions and CIO of Texas Health Resources (Arlington). Mr. Sudomir is the senior vice president and CIO for Texas Health Resources, responsible for the system’s IT activities. He joined the health system as vice president of IT operations in 2013 and then became deputy CIO in 2014 before being promoted to his current role. He also has experience as the vice president of IT for Texas Health Partners, where he led IT related clinical transformation efforts for the organization’s joint ventures. Mr. Sudomir also has experience managing operational ownership for IT at more than 60 hospitals as part of a national chain.
